Zero stars. I used the Amazon link AND the local link to order devil crabs shipped to Tennessee on the same day. Only half of one order arrived. Packed in a cardboard box with ice. There was not insulation. The ice melted leaking water into the UPS delivery truck. The company has told me to get a refund from Amazon. As for the order I make directly with the website no communication about information. There is no "Dave" responding to emails. IF they used a foam insulation ice chest with freezer packs and they bothered to checked the delivery days with UPS the order should have been fine. I get cold medication delivered by FED EX once a month, so if can be done.

Buyer beware. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Order placed on Monday w/ $129 overnight delivery. By Wednesday afternoon, no shipping confirmation. Called, and told "Dave" was out so no one was available to check the system. Advised the order should be cancelled and asked that Dave contacts me to confirm. No phone call, no email. Sent two email follow ups. No reply. Transaction ended in dispute of credit card charge. A week and a half after initial order, received a UPS shipping notification. Called and spoke to "Logan" the manager. Logan was sarcastic and apathetic, offered not apology for any of the problems associated with this transaction. There are far better companies in Key West that ship similar items and actual appreciate their customers. Seek another company if you need Key West Seafood shipped.

I ordered on a Friday morning and paid for next day shipping. They are open on Saturday. I obviously didn’t get it in time. I left a voicemail and email on Monday and did not receive a response. UPS notified us Tuesday it would be delivered. Unfortunately, only the label was created. I received my shipment and the fish is great. However, I was missing 2lbs of grouper cheeks. I called and am told they didn’t have any and had forgotten to refund for it. Had they have contacted me I would have chosen something else. I paid $129 for next day shipping and didn’t get it. I paid more for shipping than product. When I called they blew me off and didn’t offer any kind of remedy. Too bad so sad kinda attitude. I’m very disappointed and extremely unhappy with their customer service. There are plenty of other places to order from and I wish I would have chosen someone else.

I have to say my husband and I were heading to a different place fo.pur seafood...when we saw this place....we saw It was. Family owned Veteran's shop.....we we stopped and shopped....we got the crabbies and some oysters .... Guys were very vice and if this goes to help them and local veterans I will go again

Great place to eat. Here we had the absolute best fried green tomatoes we've ever had. The service was top notch. When we visited it wasn't too crowded, but the interior is very spacious and comfortable. The setting is right alongside the river, so it's a beautiful and romantic setting.
